nice to meet you!
It’s Dani again, a creative-driven music industry professional who lives for the process of turning ideas into moments that people can truly feel. I’m passionate about storytelling, culture, and building experiences that connect — whether it’s through music, visuals, communication, or live production. I’m naturally spontaneous, but always intentional: I believe the best work happens when you trust your instincts and commit fully.
I graduated from Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science in Music Business, earning Valedictorian honors and receiving the Advanced Achiever Award. I was also recognized with the Course Director Award in Music Evaluation for Artist & Repertoire, which strengthened my ability to approach projects with both heart and strategy — balancing creative instinct with industry-level thinking.
One of my proudest moments was being invited back to Full Sail University as a guest speaker less than six months after graduating, where I shared my journey and the work I’ve been building in the music space. I’ve also taken initiative early in my career by immersing myself in major industry rooms — including attending Billboard Latin Music Week just two weeks after graduation, because I knew I wanted to be where the conversations were happening.
I’ve volunteered in Artist Relations for The Producers, a charity event supporting the Michael J. Fox Foundation, created by Grammy-winning producer Sebastián Krys. That experience gave me firsthand exposure to high-standard, fast-paced environments — and honestly, it was surreal meeting some of my all-time favorite artists.
At 19, I left home and moved to another country alone — determined to graduate with honors and squeeze every drop of value from the experience. That decision shaped me. It taught me discipline, resilience, and how to build a life from pure determination. I carry my roots everywhere I go: Venezuela is in my chest — in my work ethic, my ambition, and the way I represent.
My life motto is “Don’t overthink it, just go for it.” I truly believe that’s what has taken me far at only 22. When I want something, I go all in — I’m relentless, I work hard, I learn fast, and I make things happen. I love what I do, I love spending time with my friends, and I’m deeply grateful for every step that’s brought me here — because I know this is only the beginning.
